2) We do not provide live auction access. All bidding is conducted by our staff through authorized auction partners.

3) Vehicle information, grades, and prices are provided as estimates based on auction data and inspection sheets.

4) Winning bids are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

5) A deposit may be required before placing any bid.

6) The final vehicle price includes the auction price only. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, port charges, and destination costs are paid separately unless agreed otherwise.

7) SH LLC Japan is not responsible for auction outcomes, delays, or changes caused by auction houses, shipping companies, or external factors.

8) Delivery timelines may vary depending on shipping schedules and destination ports.
